FTC offers comprehensive care with an ambulatory center and two labs.
In keeping with our philosophy of providing all care under one roof, FTC maintains and operates an ambulatory surgical center, and two state-of-the-art laboratories. (1) An endocrine (andrology) blood processing lab - The Clinical Laboratory Program regulates all laboratory testing performed on humans under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA). CLIA is regulated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS) through state agencies, regional offices, and the central office in Maryland. Our laboratory located in Tempe, Arizona maintains CLIA certification and compliance through the Office of Laboratory Licensure and Certification (OLLC), CLIA Program, and (2) the embryology lab - Regulated by the U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
