Fertility Treatment Center offers financial counseling so you can plan ahead for the out-of-pocket costs of medical appointments, treatments and procedures associated with reproductive medicine and fertility care. We offer several transparent pricing packages that allows you to proceed with the appropriate level of treatment to maximize the chance of pregnancy at the lowest cost.

Your group or individual insurance coverage may pay some or all of your treatment. We are contracted with several major commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, HealthNet, Humana, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare.
